Thank you so much

Compassion + Wisdom = Happiness offers a method by which we may attain happiness. True happiness results from the marriage of compassion and wisdom and from their manifestations in action—through mind, body, and speech. Just as 1 + 1 = 2, so compassion + wisdom = happiness. The cultivation of compassion and evolution of wisdom require effort through which we may achieve maximum satisfaction and true happiness in this life.
Reviews
I commend followers of the Buddha to become 21st century Buddhists. This means reading or listening to the teaching, trying to understand it and integrating it within ourselves. This is what Yeshi Lhundup has done and this book is his attempt to share with others what he has learned. I congratulate him on his effort. —His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama

This book contains not only wisdom from Buddhism and His Holiness the Dalai Lama but also the contents of the book are made more effective with the narrations of his own personal experiences in his life, especially the challenging ones. I would like to congratulate Yeshi Lhundup la for presenting this book to benefit many other fellow travellers who are searching for the light of wisdom and compassion. —Geshe Lhakdor, interpreter of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Director of Library of Tibetan Works and Archives

This is a simple, practical and yet profound guide to a happier life and world. Since reading, I have found myself approaching difficult problems more calmly and successfully by applying greater wisdom and compassion. —Liz Adams, Australia

This book presents a readable, logical account of steps one can take to ensure a happier life. It is a fine introduction on the Tibetan Buddhist principles perspective. —Aftred Smith, South Africa
